In this class, we will take a look at two incredible animal groups that look an awful lot alike but are actually very different: snakes and legless lizards! Both have long, slender, cylindrical bodies with scaly exteriors, no legs and they slither; but they have some very big differences, as well.

We will actually be comparing and contrasting live snakes and legless lizards in class so when you encounter one in a book or in the wild, you will know whether you are looking at a snake or a legless lizard!
