Critter & Canvases - Ages 12 and up - Frogs

In-person @ AF | 2 Hour Program | Offered: The Fourth Sunday of Every Month

Join us for an afternoon of painting at AF! Critters and Canvases is a guided painting experience for children and families.

Get ready to blend creativity and curiosity in this wildly fun art adventure! In Critters & Canvases, our Artist Educator guides you through painting vibrant, one-of-a-kind artworks inspired by AF’s own critter ambassadors.

Each month, you’ll dive into a brand-new theme, discovering fascinating facts about a different amphibian or reptile while bringing it to life on canvas. From colorful chameleons to curious frogs and beyond, every session sparks imagination, builds artistic skills, and celebrates the wonders of our animal friends.

Perfect for young artists who love animals and art, Critters & Canvases is where science, storytelling, and creativity collide to create memories (and masterpieces) you’ll want to show off!

If time allows, the session concludes with supervised handling of the featured critter
